Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $7.95 applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations. International shipping times vary by location — typically 10–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking link (sent to your email when your order shipped). If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at support@easylifestyle.com.au and we'll sort it out straight away.

 

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day easy return guarantee on all products. If you're not 100% happy for any reason — the product doesn't suit your pet, it's not what you expected, or something arrived damaged — we'll arrange a return and give you a full refund or exchange.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@easylifestyle.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. We cover return shipping for damaged or faulty items.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

 

Products

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes. Every product we sell has been assessed for pet safety. Our silicone products are food-grade and BPA-free. Our calming chews are vet-formulated with natural ingredients. If you have specific concerns about a product for your pet, please contact us and we'll provide full ingredient or material information.

What size product should I order for my dog?

Each product listing includes a size guide in the product description. As a general rule: measure your dog's weight and refer to the sizing chart on the relevant product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering — we're happy to help.

Are your products suitable for cats as well as dogs?

Several of our products work beautifully for both dogs and cats — including the lick mat, cooling mat, communication button, and water fountain. Product listings specify which pets each product is suitable for. If it's not listed, contact us and we'll confirm for you.

Do the calming chews really work?

Our calming chews use a vet-formulated blend of natural ingredients including chamomile, valerian root, hemp, and L-tryptophan. Most owners notice a visible difference within 30–60 minutes of the first dose. Results can vary depending on the dog's size, temperament, and level of anxiety. We offer a 30-day guarantee, so if they don't work for your pet, we'll refund you in full.

 

Orders & payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't dispatched yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. If it's already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details.
